We support needlepoint designers in expanding their businesses through our outsourced canvas painting services. Whether you're a startup or an established brand, we are here to collaborate with you as your dedicated partner in growth.
Design Submission
All approved designers wiill submit needlepoint canvas designs through the Order tab. We can work of painted masters or PDF chart files.
Design Quoted
Receive your quote with price per piece within 1-3 business days via email. If satisfied, place your order through My Shop.
Master Painted
A painted proof of your design will be sent via email for approval. This will be stored at the studio as a master and allow for ease when reordering.
Order Painted
Upon approval of the master, production begins. Once the order is completed, we receive the completed canvases in Dallas and invoice you.
FAQs
Our current turnaround time to receive a master proof for approval is 6-10 weeks. With the full production process taking 12-16 weeks.
You must order atleast 10 of each design.

If working off an electronic chart, please upload a PDF chart file that includes the the full design on one page, designs dimensions and DMC colors.
If working off a painted master, please upload an image of the design. Once the order is placed, mail the painted master to us at

If you want an outline painted (ex. square, circle and oval), it needs to be drawn on artwork.
Note in the comment section when submitting the design if you want it painted or drawn with a pen.
Quotes will be provided within 1-3 business day after artwork is received.
No deposit is collected when you submit your designs for paint.
You will receive an invoice when the canvases are completed. Upon payment of the invoice, we will ship the canvases to you.
At the top of each month you will receive an invoice for any masters painted at our studio for the previous month/
